Lifting exercises to strengthen and reaffirm the boobies-chest

A woman who does not like having the bust firm, I believe that every woman would be happy if I had the bust firm without having to sacrifice and work out, but unfortunately it can not be and the woman who wants to be nice to put some pawn. Honestly not that hard to have a firm bust when working time and care is taken to prevent the bust from falling.

  Lying on the floor and the back is glued to the floor, squeeze the stomach and legs together as shown in the image above.
You must hold a weight of 3 pounds in each hand and lift both hands, keeping them at the same height with arms stretched low to the ground, both hands at once.
You repeat the same exercise 30 times.

  You sit on a bench or chair against the wall.
A three-pound dumbbell in each hand.
You place your hands as shown in the image, and then open your arms up to the wall, then go back to the starting position.
  Do 30 repetitions.

Tips to keep the bust firmly
